In the third of my motion blur series in the galleries at the Musée d’Orsay, I present another Renoir. It may not be as iconic as the painting from several days ago. However, I still recognized them with my limited art history background.
Again, I used an extremely slow half-second shutter to create the blur of people walking past. I’m using some creative license to say people were dancing through the scene. Apropos with the paintings’ subject.
The motion blurs add that sense of movement in the gallery and further enliven the paintings.
