We found our third statue at Caesars Palace, Caesar Augustus himself. This fifteen-foot statue took center stage at the newly remodeled main entrance in 2022.

I noticed a lot of circular architectural themes at Caesars, and this area is gussied up for the namesake brand leader. And while the surrounding interior looks more impressive, the statue doesn’t command the same presence as David featured yesterday.

While over-the-top by most standards, this area seems tasteful by Las Vegas standards. Perhaps the extreme theming around town has dulled my visual senses. A few days in Las Vegas can do that to you.
