I couldn’t resist snapping a picture of these two well-dressed women admiring a retail display. From my short experience with Zurich, both the people and the storefronts appear to be stylishly dressed up. Of course, we are probably in the more affluent part of the city, given the type of stores I found. But in Austin, people are almost always casually dressed wherever you go.
Some posts require some investigating to figure out the details. I never take any notes as I snap away, taking pictures in the city. After the fact, I use Google Maps and Streetview to reconstruct where I visited.
There was no Louis Vuitton branding that I could readily see. However, the pattern on the handbag looked like an LV design. I Googled Louis Vuitton locations in Zurich and found one on Bahnhofstrasse, the same street I featured yesterday. I then double-checked the architectural design around the window with what I saw in Streetview. Bingo, I got confirmation.
