Lobby, Hotel Ducs de Bourgogne – Paris, France

I have one more picture of the cute hotel we stayed at in Paris. It’s certainly a cozy space and can’t be compared to the grand old hotels, but it’s in keeping with the boutique hotel. It has a balance of modern, playful, and elegant.

The check-in desk was behind me, and the entrance was to the left. Across from the front desk, separated by a hallway, was the elevator and stairs to a downstairs dining room. I don’t believe it was a full-service restaurant. Instead, they served a continental breakfast. We didn’t eat in the morning, and while I peeked downstairs, I didn’t take a picture of it.

We had checked in, gotten comfortable, and were ready to take an evening stroll when I snapped this picture on the way out. We stayed in a lively neighborhood and were looking forward to experiencing the urban Parisian nightlife.
