The Wall of Love was our first official tourist stop in Montmartre, not including our demi baguette we picked up at a bakery. I never heard of this place and followed my wife, who researched these things in a guidebook.
It seems very French. However, this tiled artwork was only created in 2000. Six hundred and twelve tiles cover 430 square feet. The phrase “I love you” is featured 311 times in 250 languages.
Of course, I took a snapshot of my wife. Then, I saw the opportunity for street photography, capturing a few tourists enjoying this romantic artwork.

This is a wonderful part of Montmartre. Very touristy but still great to experience. Thanks for sharing.
