After yesterday’s almost normal-looking wide-angle post of the Kaka’ako Farmers Market, you might have thought you were safe from the extreme fisheye photographs. Then, I came up with today’s wacky image.
After shooting for several days with the fisheye, I generally got a good grip on the types of images that work. But sometimes, I just randomly shot a scene, like this one, not expecting much. The result look so hilarious that I had to share it.
Of course, the fisheye accentuated the curve of this road to an extreme degree. But I love the dancing palm trees on an island floating in a sea of asphalt. It’s far from a great picture, but oh so fun.
