I’ve loved a good breakfast, but no longer eat any. I’ve been intermittent fasting for several years, and I only eat a late lunch and dinner. However, on vacation, I make exceptions, especially when I have access to a grand breakfast in an Asian hotel. I’ve been to a few in Singapore and India, and these meals are an experience.
My mom and I went one day to breakfast at The Fullerton Hotel, and here are some pictures from the experience. We start with the curved dining room, elegant but not uncomfortably over-the-top.
A woman made eggs to order. I got an omelet with items from the buffet. This was only my first plate. I certainly went back for more.
There was also a man who made noodle dishes to order. I forgot if I got any. However, I did get a good selection of both Western and Asian dishes.
Here is the central buffet table, but there are a lot more to the left and right of this display. It’s not the most extensive buffet I’ve been to, but it’s more than big enough. We got filled up for a day of sightseeing.
