I mentioned a couple of days ago that we did some portraits at the Art Gallery at Fabrica de Arte Cuba. I just met Diamela that evening, and she made an excellent model. That night was just the start, and I had a few more opportunities for portrait sessions on subsequent days.
The lighting was just okay, aimed at the artwork, but not ideal for portraits. I didn’t particularly like the color either, but these look great in black and white.
I have a selection for you both with bare walls and artwork as a backdrop. It was a fun night, and there was more to come.
