Flag Waving, ROT Rally – Austin, Texas

Not the U.S. Flag, of course, but these flags fit into the my current, on going, ROT Rally theme. The shutter was slowed just enough to induce a slight motion blur. The ROT Rally has their own flag along with the country of Texas flag.
