It took a while to figure out where in California Adventure this is. I studied the maps and finally identified the building and where I took it from. This is the Lamplight Lounge, a restaurant near the Pixar Pier sign that I posted yesterday.
Everything in this area has a Pixar theme, which was a rebranding from the original. I’m assuming the Lamplight is in reference to the Luxo desk lamp that was a character in an early Pixar short and forms part of its logo.
However, aesthetically, the renamed Pixar areas have little to do with their movies. This old-timey look is from the Park’s original concept, which I assume is a recreation of California beach town boardwalks like Santa Monica and Santa Cruz.
