I caught the parade. Holiday-themed, of course. It seemed very similar to the one I saw 10 years ago. I know the music was the same. A lot has changed since then, however. A decade ago, my kids were actual kids. Now, the older one can legally drink.

Despite the similarity and the crowds, I still enjoyed it. Part of my entertainment is the photography — trying to capture optimal shots from non-optimal locations.

We have Minnie and Mickey Mouse, the original icons of the Disney empire. There were other notable characters, of course — many modern and some classic. The prancing reindeer-suited dancers were a little odd but still fit into the holiday theme.
