It’s not unusual to have groups congregate as the sunset approaches. However, I like the balance of these folks surrounded by a clean, uncluttered beach. Much of the photographic challenge is to simplify, and the crowded Waikiki Beaches are not usually conducive.

I heard in places like Key West, Florida. People clap as the sun sets. It’s even more low-key here. People peacefully contemplate.
