Subway French Bulldog – New York, New York

I’m back to using the small Fujifilm X100V inside the subway. I’ve quietly snapped pictures of people on the train but don’t do it often. It can be an awkward photography environment.

Dogs, on the other hand, are exempt from any photo restriction. The owners are happy and often proud of their pets, and getting close up doesn’t present a problem. However, some dogs can get too excited by a closeby stranger, which might be the only challenge.

This French Bulldog was calm and didn’t mind the extra attention. Unfortunately, I often confuse the squished-nosed breeds. I initially thought this was a Pug, but Google searches revealed they have floppy ears.
