Wendy’s elaborate costume blew me away. No, this wasn’t Halloween or the after-party of a cosplay convention. Wendy mentioned that she likes dressing up. This outfit was the most elaborate ever at a Drink and Click.

This portrait was from early December last year, at the same event I shot Cindy that I featured yesterday. Since it was the season’s last meeting, people were already festive for the holidays. So, in addition to the over-the-top outfit, Wendy also wears a string of holiday lights.

It has become my style to shoot black and white portraits, and I’m continuing the tradition. However, it would be a shame not to show the color version to better appreciate Wendy’s handiwork. I shoot RAW so everything comes out in color, and do my monochrome conversion in post-processing.
