We see some intense reds for my third and last pictures from the auditorium mini-series. Looking left from my vantage point, you see the chair details of the rear. Although these are close-ups compared to my first two auditorium posts, both pictures are at a 24mm equivalent. I opted not to zoom in to include the curve of the architecture.
The picture below was my view to the right. I really like the repeating wall partitions along the curved wall. The wall appears to be covered in a textured fabric. I wonder if this is to help with the acoustics.
I’ve never attended an opera. If I were here, I wonder if I would be more taken with the architecture over the performance. That’s the case when I go to most art museums. I’m attracted to the building significantly more than the artwork within its walls.
