I signed up for a free Precision Camera Photography lecture on Thursday, just in time for the talk on Saturday. Two days later, I walked into Precision, and all was normal without any sign of an event. Confused, I looked at the invitation—it was for the Saturday after. I was a week early. Luckily, the store isn’t very far from my house.
However, all was not lost. I was carrying my latest EDC test camera, the Leica D-Lux 8, and snapped a nice picture.
This is the owner’s dog—the owner of Precision Camera, Phil. Unfortunately, I forgot the dog’s name. I love the dog’s expression and the reflection I got off the glass display cabinet. I was able to precisely frame zooming into a 62mm equivalent so as not to disrupt his nonchalant attitude.
