We are wrapping up the coverage of the Gardens by the Bay as we cross a bridge towards the Marina Bay Sands Hotel and Casino. I don’t know if the body of water we are crossing is an actual river or a dammed, artificial body of water. But a river sounds better.

You can see how large this garden is from this vantage point. And, this picture combines many of the elements already featured. You see some of the Supertrees in the distance as well as one of the glass-domed structures. I’m not sure if that’s the Cloud Forest or the Flower Dome we see.

The garden is certainly worth a more extended visit to appreciate the landscaping and even get exercise. It’s a wonderful ammenity for Singapore and it’s free to enter. I imagine this view would look even more spectacular at night.
