We are at the start of my third day in Cuba and the second day of model portrait shooting. Like the day before, which I covered back at the end of last year, we have the makeup artists prepping the models at the casa.

We have three new models today, including Diamela, on the left, whom I introduced the night before at Fabrica de Arte Cuba.

Diamela looks unusually long courtesy of an ultra-wide-angle lens, the Tamron 17-28mm f2.8. It’s an unusual lens to shoot portraits, but that’s what I experimented with during the day. I’ll get more into this as the coverage continues.
