We had time after lunch for more personal, unstructured photography. I explored the street, of course, including more architecture. However, after three days of shooting buildings, the attraction began to lose its appeal. There is only so much deteriorating structures you can take before things start looking similar. I only started capturing what I found exceptional.
I found people, on the other hand, to be always interesting and used the opportunity to make candid portraits. The Cuba coverage will shift more toward people, with occasional buildings or cars for variety.
This shop didn’t have much merchandise. Mainly these posters on canvas. They look hand-drawn, but they are probably just reprinted. I saw many similar artworks in other stores. But it’s the two young, friendly girls who are the main attraction.
