It’s hard to tell from this angle if the woman sees me or is oblivious. However, I was shooting at the maximum 70mm focal length, so I was not close. Especially, given the way I framed the shot, including a good part of the surrounding architecture.

I made this photo for the color contrast and the simplicity of the woman in the corner off-center. In a way, the giant 72 balances the composition with the woman. With either of these elements missing, it would lack harmony and visual interest.

I shot this at the Plaza Vieja close to the Casa. After a busy day of photographing models and exploring the city again, I was back home for a short time. I need to get ready for another night on the town.
