I met Milton in a small outdoor mall. He had a small booth near the entrance. His art was architectural or had urban landscape scenes, exactly the kind of things I like to photograph.
His woodblock prints, in particular, drew me to his work, and I purchased a print small enough to fit inside my suitcase.
We talked for a while, and I discovered he was an architect. However, he couldn’t make a living, so he supplements it with his artwork.
