The majority of art hung on walls as paintings, mixed media and some photography at the East Austin Studio Tour. There was some sculpture and then a few outliers like this odd contraption that had a comic quality I needed to capture. It was one of the few auditory art installation that I saw at the tour.
There were a number of these devices setup in the room. They were all taken. I was surely curious to try it out but must have been distracted by something else, visually, and off I went. I only realized later, after I saw this photo, that I forgot to give this thing a listen.
It’s also a weird photograph. I wonder what people would think about it, without reading a description.

At last. I knew they were listening. Now we can prove it.
