Rounding out the third and last of the Trolly Tracks series, we are back on Buena Vista Street. In fact, if memory serves, this is the reverse angle of this photo that I presented a couple of days ago.
We don’t have the Spanish Colonial Revival tower. But I love how the curve of the tracks compliments the curve of the store window. Following these tracks, you are taken to the entrance of California Adventure. Further down the street, stores line both sides that sell souvenirs and other Disney paraphernalia. They close later than the rides to entice last-minute purchases as the customers head home.
For all three photos in the series, I was lucky to have the rain-dampened streets. They added that shine. It enhances the foreground element, which significantly improves the image. I don’t know how worthwhile the pictures would have been without this extra serendipitous environmental touch.
