After the long lines at Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge, it was refreshing to visit an attraction that had a short 15-minute wait. While certainly not the newest — the Enchanted Tiki Room opened in 1963 — it’s a classic delight. When we first went there years ago, my kids were wary. But they now look forward to this cute show.
I snapped this picture in the courtyard during our short wait. As a bonus, there is an optional but recommended Dole Whip counter. This pineapple treat is refreshing, and it appears to be the same one we had in Hawaii.
The whimsical exterior facade is a hint as to the playful nature of the show. In an age of video screens and jerky motion rides, a calm and happy show for all ages is a welcome change of pace.
