Our trip to San Antonio was primarily to attend the Fall Family Weekend at Trinity University, where my younger son is a sophomore. We signed in and perfectly timed the acapella performance at the student center.

The women’s group performed first. They sat down, and the men performed next, as we see here. Captured is the dynamic between the two groups — notice a woman whispering into another’s ear. Some seemed very interested in the male performance.

There’s something about acapella singers that say college life to me. I listened to performances back in the day. It’s also the central theme of the Pitch Perfect movie series — the trailer is below for reference.
