Food Truck, Dolby at SXSW 2023 – Austin, Texas

Dolby pulled out all the stops during SXSW 2023. You can tell I am appreciative with my extensive coverage. Not only did they have entertaining demos and free drinks, but they also had a bonus. Upon leaving, they had tchotchkes and a meal ticket to a food truck parked outside.

The line was short during my visit. The folks pictured here were waiting for their order. I had a chat with a gentleman from Australia after I ordered.

As I recall, there was a choice of two options. I got chicken and waffles for a savory and sweet combination. Quite excellent and satisfying.

Parked next door was the Maybach I talked about yesterday. I was ready to leave and head to my next South By location when I realized I had dropped my water bottle somewhere. Though an inexpensive plastic model, it had some sentimental value since I got it from my mom in Hawaii. Plus, it was the perfect size. So I waited in line again to re-enter the Dolby exhibit to find it.
