I found another, more modest, neon sign as I explored the Mueller development. The store sign didn’t have the scale of yesterday’s Park graphic, but it nicely complemented the industrial bare concrete construction with black metal accents.

This industrial look is just a facade since no industrial buildings previously existed in this area. The Mueller development sprang from the re-developed regional Mueller Airport that closed twenty-four years ago. All airport buildings were torn down except for the control tower. Most of the area was open grassy fields.

I like how the black metal window frames the furniture store. I used post-processing to further prefect the exact framing I was going for.
