I love the food hall at The Cosmopolitan, which has unique regional outlets instead of the typical large national chains. The food is pricier than a food court, but not crazy expensive as many Las Vegas restaurants.
Called the Block 16 Urban Food Hall, they have food from Chef David Chang’s Monofuku, Donuts and Sliders from New Orleans, Memphis Hot Chicken, sandwiches from Portland’s Lardo, and more.
The Tekka Bar, shown here, is inspired by the ancient gambling destination in Japan, dating back more than 100 years, according to the website. I documented it like a Street Photograph and how everyone faces away except for one person at the end.
