I’m continuing with photographs taken recently, like this one, which I took a few days ago at The Domain shopping center. My two sons were back for the holidays, and the entire family strolled Austin’s premier lifestyle center (aka an outdoor mall).

I shot and posted a similar scene several years ago. And even though it’s the same concept and location, today’s night perspective differs greatly.

Shooting at night is trickier, but I like it better. I enjoy both the increased challenge and the shadowy and moody images the night facilitates. I used a Fujifilm X-E3 back in 2021. I’m using an entirely different camera this time, one I’m putting through its paces, which I’ll go into details soon enough.
