What was once a low-end gathering of touristy souvenir carts, International Market Place is now an upscale shopping mall. Like many of the malls in Hawaii, it’s open air and features numerous curves and circular designs perfect for fisheye shooting.

Several times a week, the main stage features a hula show. Some are free, and some are more elaborate dinner shows like this one. I’ve shot the free shows, which have yet to be posted on the blog. However, I captured this dinner performance from the second floor via this exaggerated perspective.

The fisheye adds an additional curve to this already circular architecture. However, its effect looks most natural.
