The lobby for The Fullerton Hotel looked lovely, of course, being a historic and five-star luxury hotel. However, it was unconventional, as it was an adaptive reuse of the old post office building, built in 1928, and converted into a hotel in 2000.
The hotel had a restaurant dining area on the main floor, seen here. It’s the kind of place to have afternoon tea, though they also had a full menu. However, I didn’t see a lounge area with comfortable sofas to take in the environment and architecture. Something I missed and wished the hotel had.
I mentioned yesterday that we had an interior atrium-facing room. This is the atrium I was referring to, and the windows you see here are the interior-facing rooms.
