We are underground, below the Apple Store glass cube on Fifth Avenue. A circular stairway wraps a shiny cylinder that houses an elevator. Apple made the older steps out of frosted glass if I remember correctly — now replaced by metal.
The centrally located elevator/stair structure is the centerpiece of the underground Apple Store. It looks futuristic and striking, like a turbine from this angle.
To add character, I created a motion blur of people passing through. I made several images but picked this one for the best sense of motion and the blue pants that add a visual punch.
