Here’s what it looks like inside the Apple Store Fifth Avenue. An absolutely unique space and worth the visit.
We have the standard minimalist Apple tables populating any Apple Store and the light gray walls with natural greenery. That much is similar to the other stores. However, did I mention this is underground? The store is also open 24 hours a day. I made this picture at 10:47 pm, which looked unexpectedly busy on a Monday night. Of course, this is New York City.
The centerpiece stairway I featured yesterday is in the background, dead center. The round holes in the ceiling are skylights, not functioning at night but made to look so via artificial lighting. I considered visiting during the day to see how they looked, but I ran out of time.
