Metro Life, Mood Lighting

Metro Life - Paris, France

Metro Life – Paris, France

A week ago, I posted an image from an interior of the Paris Metro. It was clean and modern and what you would typically expect from a subway car. It was the most common car type I experienced during my short visit. I was then blown away by this futuristic metro car.

So, for my second Metro Life post, I feature something I haven’t ever seen in a subway car — spotlights. However, more than just the circular lighting, it’s both character-filled and minimalist at the same time. Slightly darker than other trains, there’s a moodiness in a good way.

The gray interior is no-nonsense yet surprisingly warm. It goes to show the subways can have some pizzazz.
