Crowded Cafe, Musée d’Orsay – Paris, France

The cafe at the Musée d’Orsay was stylish and, as you can see, very crowded. We briefly considered eating there but didn’t want to navigate the mass of people. We figured the time was better spent exploring the artwork.

Look closely, however, and you see much artistic modern design from the ceiling fixtures to the matching lamps to the furniture and dividers. The cafe at the Louvre was clean and modern, though not particularly groundbreaking.

The other noteworthy visual is the clock window — which is separate from the golden clock I’ve talked about. Being a repurposed former train station, they had clocks everywhere. I’ll show at least one more in a future post.
