The Avenue des Champs-Élysées is a mile-long road filled with luxury shops, theaters, and cafes — a destination my wife was certainly interested in. Luckily, it starts at the Arc de Triomphe, so we walk over.
It was mid-afternoon, and a quick snack on the Champs-Élysées sounded good. We found this cafe with a dedicated seating area on the sidewalk and sampled an assortment of French sweets.
As you can see, the place was nicely decorated, and the location was superb. The best part of the story, however, is the name of the establishment, which I will reveal tomorrow.
