There was a considerable line for this restaurant. Actually, there are two lines, starting at the left and right of the main entrance. I mention this because this is where we ate for lunch, and it was my favorite meal of my entire European trip.
I’m not sure if the Pink Mamma is in the Montmartre neighborhood, but it’s only a 15-minute walk from the Sacre-Coeur. It is a highly-rated Italian restaurant that is apparently popular. I had no idea. My wife discovered it on YouTube and — luckily — made a reservation.
We were instructed to wait in the line to the left that wrapped around the building. However, we were ushered in only after a 10-minute wait. I’m so happy we had the reservation. I think the line to the right is for people without reservations. Inside was a magical place with spectacular food, which I’ll talk about in subsequent posts.
