Here are a couple more up close details from the Lantern Bar atop the Fullerton Bay Hotel. Ever since going to the Long Bar at Raffles Hotel, my mom was thoroughly enamored by the Singapore Sling. So, it made sense to order it here. Purely for comparison purposes, of course. I forgot which she liked better.
In addition, my mom also loved the satays she first ate on the plane and later at Satay Street. As I recall, they weren’t on the current menu, but they had them in the past. We asked if they could make an order for us, and they agreed.
As you can see, the drinks and food are considerably fancier here, given that the Fullerton Bay is a top-rated hotel. With the views, the colorful glow, and the food, it was a memorable experience. Plus, I got to make wonderful photos and blog about them, which makes it all the better.
