Pedicabs on Parade – Havana, Cuba

I’ve talked about pedicabs in Havana before; they were all around in the central district. Despite the title, there wasn’t a real parade of pedicabs per se; it just felt like it since they were frequently passing by. It all makes for decent street photography.

The faces are small, so you might not be able to see, but two of the four pictures have people gesturing positively. In the other two, they were primarily neutral, so at least no one was angry with my photography. I point this out to say that Cuba seemed like a friendly place, which made the street photograph all the more easy and enjoyable.

Austin, where I live, is friendly too. We have a different kind of pedicabs, but I don’t think people will mind having their picture taken here, either.
