I don’t understand the tattoo culture, but it seems to be common these days, especially with the younger folks, in Austin, Texas. Probably a generational thing. While I have no interest in getting a tattoo, I do love shooting tattoo parlors, particularly at night. The bright colors and frequent neon make for a visually attractive urban, nighttime image.
