Architecture, Shake Shack – Austin, Texas

Here’s one more interior of an architecturally interesting restaurant. This one is not nearly as fancy as the Roaring Fork. However, they have quality and tasty food.

Shake Shack is essentially a high-end fast-food burger joint. Which may sound like an oxymoron. They serve high-quality burgers, but ones with thin patties like fast food places. They are not super thick gourmet burgers. But, the quality of meat and the accompanying flavor are fantastic.

They also have some great modern architecture, which I’m always drawn to. Luckily, I had my Fuji camera with the wide-angle kit lens. It gave me a 23mm equivalent view to take in the best angles. The expansive window parallel to the street is angled in — a nice dramatic touch.
