For my third and final post from this mini-series, we have bikes in formation down 6th Street. The three front wheels of the motorcycles lineup almost perfectly staggered. Purely by luck, of course. But I’ll take it.
This photo is considerably darker than yesterday’s, shot a little over 30 minutes after that one. The ISO jumped up to 3200 while maintaining a 1/125 per second shutter.
I start getting a little nervous at ISO 3200. Conditioned by my previous cameras where the image quality drops noticeably around this ISO level. However, the Fuji GFX 50R handles his light sensitivity with aplomb. 3200 is clean even when shadows are lifted in post. While the Canon 35mm f2 IS adapted to this camera is not the fastest in focusing. It successfully enabled images with settings previously not possible.
