With 154 flights of stairs, 2,500 steps, and 80 landings, the 16-story Vessel is a large structure. It has to be when surrounded by giants. What appears as a colossal sculpture looks just right from this perspective.
Of course, it’s more than just a static piece of art. You can interact with it by climbing its stairs. Unfortunately, as mentioned in the previous posts, it’s currently closed.
I framed this at the widest 28mm equivalent with the GFX 50S II and applied perspective correction in post. The resulting conglomeration of structures has a sculptural quality beyond the central bronze-colored Vessel.

This is a great shot. I’m wondering what angle you used to get this. When I visited Hudson Yards last year, I couldn’t find a good vantage point.
