I’m wrapping up my impromptu fashion photography shoot with this candid of the crew. I’m not sure of these people’s roles. But there were three of about ten involved in the shoot. As I mentioned, they were all very friendly, countering the gruff New Yorker reputation.
I talked primarily with the photographer, who is not in the picture. True to form, like many photographers, they prefer being behind the camera. He demurred from being photographed.
A quick switch from the Fujifilm GFX 50S II to the compact Fujifilm X100V surprised my subjects. However, I thought a tinier and friendlier-looking camera was more conducive for people not usually in the photographic limelight.
