I took one more picture of a cafe on Rue de Pont Neuf but wanted to separate it from yesterday’s post since it didn’t seem to belong. Clearly, the design, color, and interior brightness are different — it’s a lighter and airier space. But why?

Though it has similar elements, like the outdoor awning-covered seating, there’s much that’s different. Curious, I found their website and explored it, using Google Translate to figure out their uniqueness.

Le Paradis du Fruit – Les Halles specializes in vegetables and fruit, offering colorful salads and specialty drinks that look smoothie-like. I wonder if it’s less crowded because they offer healthier food?
