Four hands are more playful than two, especially when wielded by complementary pianists. The normally vast keyboard almost looks crowded, sort of like a basketball court, these days, with giant NBA players. The hands dance and it’s fun to watch.
I shot these before the Four Hands Concert at Adam’s Music House, which I showcased a couple of days ago. They are not as abstract as yesterday’s photos but there’s a certain detached feeling to then, perhaps because we don’t see Carla and Tony’s faces.
Of course, it was natural, I think, to experiment with motion blur. The one below, at a lower angle and more dynamic.
