At the top of Rainey Street, on the right side, is The Alibi. Located next to the new Lustre Pearl, Google says they are a sports bar. Their very minimal website offers no additional details.
Unfortunately, the unfavorable location of the parking sign somewhat detracts from the composition. What I do like, however, are the trees with new growth, which still reveals its underlying branch structure.
I made these Rainey Street photos in March. I’ve discovered that I like these architectural photos better with bare trees or with new growth. The branches complement and not overwhelm the subject. Later photos with fully filled-out trees often obscure building details and were themselves less visually appealing.

I’m think for reasons similar to yours, I prefer my fall and spring photographs of downtown Princeton to the summer.
