For my last picture in this mini-series, exploring the people-less artistry of Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. I feature circles. Like yesterday, it’s still a picture of the Millennium Falcon and the spaceport, but obviously very different. Actually, quite by accident, all three pictures in this series feature the same spaceship and spaceport. It’s really the center of this themed world.
I noticed this juxtaposition and zoomed-in tightly to a 58.5mm equivalent. And, I must admit. I have more admiration for what Disney has accomplished as I review my images. When you’re there, you take in the entire atmosphere. However, I wonder how many people scrutinize the details. I definitely didn’t until I reviewed my photographs.
The elephant in the room, however, is the crowds. They are so many people that they sort of overwhelmed the experience. It’s only afterward, in the quiet of the house and away from the distractions, that you notice all that you didn’t notice.
