I mentioned yesterday about a walkway I took from the mall and through the Marina Bay Sands to get to the gardens. I didn’t expect the architectural drama that I experienced as passed through the hotel. The atrium was splendid, and the geometry was enticing. I immediately jumped at the chance of photographing the view to the left and to the right.
As you can see, I was several stories above the ground level, which worked well. The street level was not very pedestrian-friendly, and this walkway effectively bypassed the awkwardness of crossing the street.
I made these at a 22mm equivalent with the Olympus PEN-F and super-wide-angle lens. Both shot on a tripod at 1.3 seconds.
