The bars on 6th street go all out to cater to the bikers during the ROT Rally. There are banners and people wearing Harley-Davidson T-Shirts. I noticed these two at one of the many bars in the area and asked for a portrait.
They are like the yin and yang of bar greeters. One is there to entice customers, and the other is there to keep the peace. I’ll let you guess their respective roles.
I mentioned yesterday that I’ll reveal the Canon lens I bought explicitly for the Fujifilm GFX 50R. It gives me extra powers to shoot handheld in dark areas with a medium format camera. For those who remember, I’ve teased this lens at the end of June. The Canon 35mm F2 IS, a bright and compact prime lens with image stabilization.
Between the large aperture and the image stabilization, I can get 2 to 3 stops more of hand hold-ability. Coupled with the excellent high ISO performance. I can make high-quality images handheld with the GFX 50R. I need to use a Fotodiox adapter to attach the Canon lens. However, I still get autofocus though with reduced speed.
